It’s quite simple – when you need us, you pay for our time. When you don’t need us, you don’t pay!

You can use this time for HR consultancy, telephone or email advice or face to face meetings. You can also use it to buy one of our many off the shelf training packages.

Whether you need some straightforward advice or support with a more complex project, we can provide the solution to your problem.

We charge a fixed hourly rate no matter how complex the issue and bill you in 5 minute chunks. If you think you are going to need more than just the odd hour of our time here and there, why not buy in bulk and reap the benefits of our premium client discounts – the more hours you buy, the greater the discount you receive. Monthly payment options available.
