A series of essential management training courses dealing with recruitment skills, appraisals, discipline and dismissals.

HJS People in conjunction with Access2 HR Services are running courses designed to provide managers with the skills to recruit the best staff, motivate them to perform and deal with performance problems that arise effectively.

All courses run at:

The Palace Strand Hotel, 372 Strand, London, WC2R O33.
Refreshments, lunch and all materials are included.
Courses start at 09.30 (arrival and registration from 09.00) and conclude at 16.30.

Costs

Price per person per course is £375+VAT. Attend all three courses for £875+VAT (saving of £250).

before the course will incur full cost of the course, 2-4 weeks
75% and 4-6 weeks 50%.  No costs will be incurred for
cancellations of 6 weeks or more.
